Do you offer ongoing IT support? - Yes, I offer ongoing support for clients needing help beyond a single service. My availability for ongoing support is limited to weekends, so I’m unable to provide 24/7 on-call support at this time. I’m happy to assist with regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting during weekends. While I don’t currently offer Managed Service Provider (MSP) services, I’m open to discussing specific needs to create a tailored solution that fits your schedule.
What's your typical response time? - I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. However, my availability for hands-on support is limited to weekends. While I may not be available for immediate assistance during the week, I’m committed to responding promptly and scheduling service appointments over the weekend.
What locations do you service? - I primarily serve locally to Sweetwater, TX and surrouding areas, but willing to accomodate as needed for further qualifying areas.
